SIXPAD was developed to provide a comfortable training experience based on its own unique waveform utilizing a 20 Hz frequency (tempo of stimulation). During the automatic programme, the exercise intensity rises step by step, automatically switching from warm-up to training and then to cool-down. The unit automatically switches off when the programme ends. To begin the automatic programme, all you have to do is press the Start Button.
